What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
However, your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this statement. In cases where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
If you believe your product is defective or does not meet what was promised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will assess the issue and, if valid, we will provide a remedy (repair, replace, or refund) at no extra cost to you.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully before purchasing these items.

When will I get my order?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Jakarta. We partnered with local seamstresses and a small family-run workshop to bring each design to life. Every piece is carefully crafted in small batches, ensuring attention to detail, quality finishes, and fair working conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your destination.
